- Sharing and reflecting on life-stories
- Ministering through times of affirmation
- Ministering through prayer, intercession and spiritual gifts of the group
- Developing and maintaining personal and group accountabilities
- Facilitating leadership development workshops
- Providing for theological reflection on life and ministry
- Walking through the process of group multiplication
- Closing well and bringing to resolution the life of the group
